   The description says “Brand new unused product!” but when I got it in the mail and opened it, I looked at the brass connectors it looks like it has been used, so I’m thinking that these are used not new like it states.

   The battery is as described, however I find it hard to believe that this is an unused product as described. There are signs of wear on the contact points as well as on the outer case of the battery itself.

   This battery does not appear to be new. The water indicator shows these have been exposed to water – they are completely white with no red. In the picture, the battery on top is my original battery and the battery on the bottom is the battery I ordered here. You can see an unexposed indicator compared to the exposed one. When I complained, they did send me a replacement battery but it also has the same problem. The good news is that the battery appears to work as good as my original. I haven’t had any issues but I am concerned about the longevity of it.
